4. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Placing an Order

An order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction, Product unavailability, or pricing inaccuracies.

We accept payments through Xendit and other authorized payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including shipping, taxes, and fees) to your selected payment method. All payments are processed in PHP. Transaction fees, if any, are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Payment Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect payment information; however, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access, fraud, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only within the Philippines. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or logistical issues.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery method, and are displayed during checkout. You are responsible for paying all shipping charges unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

5.3 Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for inspecting the Products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancy within twenty-four (24) hours.

6. RETURN, REFUND, AND WARRANTY POLICY

6.1 Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Certain items, including but not limited to personalized, intimate, or perishable goods, are not eligible for return unless defective.

6.2 Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s). Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties may apply. We facilitate warranty claims in accordance with the supplier's policies but are not liable for defects arising from improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair.
